Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Hazmat

A Hazmat fee of $20.00 will be applied to all orders containing powder, primers, or anything else that must be shipped Hazmat.  This Hazmat fee will be added in addition to any other shipping charges incurred.

 

Shipping

Orders over $500 will have free ground shipping. For orders under $500 a flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be added manually after your order has been placed.

 

On check out the shipping option will state, “Local Pickup or Shipping Method on File **Hazmat will have additional fees**" Your shipping method is the one you chose on your application. If this need to be adjusted please contact us at accounting@countrywidesports.com.

 

Local Pickup

Orders for local pickup will be available the next business day. If you need this sooner please contact us.

 

Freight

Orders of 350lb or more will be shipped freight at our discretion. All freight orders will be shipped next business day.

 

Tracking Information

When your order is shipped you can retrieve your tracking number by viewing your order in “My Account” and clicking the order number. The tracking is located on the bottom right side of your screen.
