Returns Policy

Effective 8/1/21 we (Countrywide Sports) will no longer be giving cash refunds. All credits will be issued via a Credit Memo and applied to next order. All Credit Memos must be used within 90 days. After 90 days discretion will be left to management.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

ACH Policy

Effective Immediately 8-26-2021, accounts will be granted 1 ACH return. When that return is reprocessed, a $25 fee will be added to cover our reprocessing costs. On the second returned ACH transaction we will not reprocess it. That order will then need to be paid with a Credit Card along with the $25 return fee and the Credit Card 3% surcharge. After the second return, all future orders will need to be paid with a Credit Card.



A Hazmat fee of $24.99 will be applied to all orders containing powder, primers, or anything else that must be shipped Hazmat.  This Hazmat fee will be added in addition to any other shipping charges incurred.



Orders over $500 will have free ground shipping. For orders under $500 a flat shipping fee of $14.99 will be added manually after your order has been placed.


On check out the shipping option will state, “Local Pickup or Shipping Method on File **Hazmat will have additional fees**" Your shipping method is the one you chose on your application. If this need to be adjusted please contact us at

Ammunition shipments are shipped via UPS and FedEX ground. Occasionally during transit the packaging may experience some wear. This is an issue with the ammunition being very heavy and the packaging consisting of paper, plastic trays and cardboard. We advise our customers to order in case quantity for the best results. Orders with several loose boxes seem to experience the most wear during transit. We use the highest quality packing materials possible, but unfortunately sometimes it cannot prevent damage to the packaging of the ammunition. Most times the ammunition is still in perfect condition, but the packaging can arrive worn or damaged.

Orders for local pickup will be available the next business day. If you need this sooner please contact us.



Orders of 350lb or more will be shipped freight at our discretion. All freight orders will be shipped next business day.


Tracking Information

When your order is shipped you can retrieve your tracking number by viewing your order in “My Account” and clicking the order number. The tracking is located on the bottom right side of your screen.
